When reporting a problem
To help us fix it quickly, please tell us:
- Which tool you were using (the page address is perfect).
- Your device and browser, for example “Samsung A14, Chrome”.
- What you expected to happen and what happened instead.
- The approximate size of the file and its number of pages, if relevant.
Please do not attach private files. Atifo never needs your documents to investigate a problem, and keeping them on your device is the whole point.
