Your files

Atifo tools process files entirely inside your web browser. When you choose a PDF, image or other file, it is read by code running on your own device. Files, file names and the contents of forms you fill in are never uploadedto Atifo or to any third party. When you close the page, the data is gone.

Analytics

We use privacy-friendly, cookieless analytics to count page views and to know when a tool was used successfully. This helps us decide which tools to improve. These counts do not include your files, file names or anything you type, and they are not used to identify you or follow you across other websites.

Cookies and local storage

Atifo does not set cookies.We use your browser’s local storage only for preferences that make the site nicer to use, such as your light or dark theme choice. Some tools may offer to remember things on your device, for example a saved signature. These are always opt-in, stay on your device, and can be removed with a “forget” button or by clearing your browser data.

Offline support

To let tools keep working without a connection, your browser saves Atifo’s own pages and program files after you visit them. This cache contains only the website itself, never your documents, and you can clear it at any time in your browser’s settings.

Advertising

Atifo does not currently show ads. If we add them in the future, we will update this policy first to explain which ad provider is used and what choices you have.

Children

Atifo does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone, including children.
