Using the tools
Atifo tools are free to use for personal and commercial purposes. You may not use the site to break the law, to process content you do not have the right to use, or to attempt to disrupt the service.
Your content
Files you process stay on your device and remain yours. Because Atifo never receives your files, you are responsible for keeping copies of anything important. We recommend keeping your original file until you have checked the result.
No warranty
The tools are provided “as is”. We work hard to make them accurate and reliable, but we cannot guarantee that every result will be perfect for every file. Atifo is not liable for any loss arising from use of the tools.
Signatures
Signatures added with Atifo are visual signatures placed on the page. They are not certified digital signatures and may not meet the legal requirements for every document. Check what your recipient requires.
Documents you create
Invoices, receipts, rent receipts, letters, resumes and other documents made with Atifo are based entirely on the details you enter. You are responsible for checking that they are accurate and meet any legal, tax or official requirements that apply to you. Atifo does not provide legal, tax or financial advice.
QR codes and barcodes
QR codes and barcodes are generated from the content you enter and are yours to use. Test codes before printing them. Retail barcode numbers (EAN, UPC) must be licensed from GS1 to be used on products sold in shops.

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top of this page shows when they last changed.
