Can I add my school or company logo?
Yes. Every form has an organisation name, an optional logo and contact line at the top. The logo is placed into the PDF on your device and is never uploaded.
Are these forms legally valid?
They are general templates that cover common questions. Consent, waiver and medical forms in particular may need wording that meets your local laws or your organisation’s policies, so have them checked before relying on them.
Can people submit the HTML form to me online?
The HTML code gives you the form’s layout and fields. To receive answers, point the form’s action at your own form handler or a form service you trust. Atifo never receives submissions.
