About the language alphabet charts

Each chart shows every letter in a large box with its name (Spanish, French, German) or sound (Hindi, Arabic) underneath. Spanish includes ñ; German adds ä, ö, ü and ß; Hindi comes as two charts, vowels (स्वर) and consonants (व्यंजन); the Arabic chart lists the 28 letters in their standalone form.

Frequently asked questions

Does the Arabic chart show joined letter forms?

It shows each letter on its own (isolated form). Arabic letters change shape when joined at the start, middle or end of a word.

Can I use my own words?

Yes. Edit the list or choose “My own words”; it works for any language your device can display. Nothing you type leaves your device.

Do Hindi and Arabic print correctly?

Yes. Devanagari and Arabic text is drawn by your browser so letters join correctly, then placed into the PDF.

Who checked the translations?

The word lists use standard textbook vocabulary. If you spot a mistake or a better word, please tell us through the contact page.

Is the language alphabet charts free?

Yes, with no signup or watermark. You can switch off the small atifo.app credit line.
