About the sorting worksheets
Sorting is the start of classifying, a skill that runs all the way to science. Choose two or three groups (animals, vehicles, food, toys, ocean, space, nature, dinosaurs or shapes); the worksheet mixes pictures from each, and children cut them out and glue them into the right column.
For on-screen sorting with words, try the sorting game generator.

Frequently asked questions
Can I make it harder?
Choose three groups and the medium level, or pick groups that are closer together, like ocean and animals.
Which paper should I use?
Ordinary A4 or US Letter paper works. Use thicker paper for cut-and-paste pages and bingo cards you want to reuse.
Is the sorting worksheets free?
Yes, free to print with no signup or watermark. You can also switch off the small atifo.app credit.
Will I get a new sheet each time?
Puzzles like I spy, mazes and differences change every time you tap “Make a new one”. Colouring pictures stay the same.
Were the pictures drawn for this site?
Yes. Every picture was drawn for Atifo with bold, simple lines, so you can print as many copies as you like for home, school or a party.
