About this exam study planner
Exam season goes better with a plan. This planner lists your exams and dates first, then every topic with a confidence rating and boxes for three revision rounds, so you can see at a glance what you know and what needs more work.
Pair it with a monthly planner to schedule revision days, and make flashcards for weak topics with the flashcard generator.
What’s on the page
- My exams: a table with columns for Subject, Date, Time, Room or centre.
- Topics to revise: a table with columns for Subject, Topic, Confidence (1–5), Round 1, Round 2, Round 3.
Tips
- Rate confidence honestly (1–5) and revise low scores first.
- Spread revision of each topic across several days.
- Do practice papers under timed conditions in the last week.
Made to fit, then printed
Everything on this exam study planner can be changed before you print: the title, the colour, the paper size and orientation. The page is drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Find more printables.
Frequently asked questions
What are revision rounds?
Going over the same topic several times, spaced out, which helps memory far more than one long session. Tick a box each round.
Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?
Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.
Will it print well in black and white?
Yes. The layout uses light fills and clear lines that print cleanly in grey. Choose the “Grey” colour to save colour ink entirely.
What paper size should I print on?
Choose A4 or US Letter before downloading, and print at 100% or “Actual size”. Portrait and landscape layouts are both available.
Can I fill in the exam study planner on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.
