About this birthday chart

A birthday chart celebrates every child in the class. Each month has its own box with lines for names and dates, so you never miss a birthday, and children love finding their own name on the wall.

Print in colour for display, or print in grey and let students decorate their month.

What’s on the page

  • Labelled boxes for January, February, March, April, May, June, July, August, September, October, November, December.

Tips

  • Add summer-holiday birthdays to a “celebrate early” list.
  • Make a birthday certificate for each child with the certificate maker.
  • Laminate the chart to reuse it next year.

Made to fit, then printed

Everything on this birthday chart can be changed before you print: the title, the colour, the paper size and orientation. The page is drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Find more printables.

Frequently asked questions

Can students fill in their own birthdays?

Yes. Print the chart and let each student write their name and date in the right month.

What paper size should I print on?

Choose A4 or US Letter before downloading, and print at 100% or “Actual size”. Portrait and landscape layouts are both available.

Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?

Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.

Can I fill in the birthday chart on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.

Will it print well in black and white?

Yes. The layout uses light fills and clear lines that print cleanly in grey. Choose the “Grey” colour to save colour ink entirely.
