About this attendance sheet
An attendance sheet (or class register) lists every student down the side and every school day of the month across the top. Mark P, A or L in each box, then total presences and absences at the end of the month for reports.
Paste your class list once and print a dated sheet for each month of term. For one-off events and meetings, use the attendance form instead.

Yes. Rows shrink to fit up to about 45 students on a landscape page.
Can I fill in the attendance sheet on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.
Will it print well in black and white?
Yes. The layout uses light fills and clear lines that print cleanly in grey. Choose the “Grey” colour to save colour ink entirely.
