When you need this
- Sending the front and back of an ID card as one file.
- Applying for a loan, job or admission that asks for “all documents in a single PDF”.
- Sharing several bills or receipts with your office for a reimbursement claim.
- Combining a filled form with the documents it needs.
Turn photos into one PDF
- Open JPG to PDF in your phone’s browser.
- Tap to choose your photos. You can pick several at once from your gallery.
- Drag them into the right order, and rotate any that are sideways.
- Choose the page size (A4 is standard for forms) and margins.
- Tap to create the PDF and download it.
For photos in other formats, such as PNG, WebP or iPhone HEIC pictures converted to JPG, use image to PDF.
Tip: photograph documents flat, from directly above, in good daylight, and crop off the table around them. The PDF will be clearer and much smaller.
Merge several PDFs into one
- Open merge PDF.
- Choose two or more PDF files.
- Drag them into order. To reorder, rotate or remove individual pages, open the page view.
- Tap merge and download a single file.
Need to change pages in a PDF you already have? Organize PDF lets you reorder, rotate and delete pages.
Make it small enough to upload
A PDF made from phone photos can easily be 5–10 MB. Most portals accept much less. Run it through compress PDF and check the size; for a strict limit such as 200 KB, see our guide on reducing PDF size for online forms.
Name the file clearly
Before sending, rename the file so the receiver knows what it is, for example ravi-kumar-kyc-documents.pdf rather than merged.pdf.
Why do it in the browser
Most “PDF maker” apps upload your files to their servers or add a watermark. Doing it in the browser with Atifo keeps your documents on your phone, needs no account and leaves no watermark.
