Fix a document’s page order in minutes
Scans often come out in the wrong order: double-sided originals fed through a single-sided scanner, a page that slipped, or an appendix that belongs in the middle. Organize PDF shows every page as a thumbnail so you can put things right by dragging, with no software to install.
Reorder PDF pages by dragging, rearrange a PDF that was scanned out of order, or sort PDF pages before sharing.
Everything in one place
- Reorder: drag a page to its new position. On a phone, press and hold first so normal scrolling still works.
- Rotate: turn any page with its rotate button, or select several and rotate them together.
- Delete: remove pages you don’t need. The last page can’t be deleted, so you can’t end up with an empty file.
- Insert blank pages: add a blank page after any selected page. It’s useful for double-sided printing or for leaving room for notes.
Each page also shows its original number (“was p7”), so you can see what moved.
Mistakes are easy to undo
Every change can be undone and redone with the buttons or with Ctrl+Z. Reset returns the document to exactly how it was when you opened it. Nothing is saved until you tap Save PDF.
Keyboard friendly
On a computer, Tab to a page and press Alt with the arrow keys to move it. Screen readers announce each move.
Your document stays private
Pages are rearranged inside your browser. The file is never uploaded, and your original stays untouched.
Frequently asked questions
How do I move pages on a phone?
Press and hold a page for a moment, then drag it to its new spot. On a computer you can also select a page and press Alt with the arrow keys.
Can I add a blank page?
Yes. Tap “Blank page” to add an empty page at the end, or select a page first to insert the blank page right after it. Blank pages match the size of the page before them.
Can I undo changes?
Yes. Undo and Redo keep track of your recent changes, and “Reset” returns every page to its original order and rotation.
Will the text still be selectable?
Yes. Pages are rearranged without being re-rendered, so text, links and image quality are unchanged.
How do I work with a very long PDF?
The first 60 pages are shown right away and you can load more with “Show more pages”. This keeps the page fast on phones.
