How to convert images to PDF

  1. 1

Choose your images: JPG, PNG or WebP, in any mix.

  2. 2

Drag them into the order you want and fix any sideways ones.

  3. 3

Choose page size, orientation, margins and quality.

  4. 4

Tap “Convert to PDF” to get one PDF, or one per image.

One tool for every image type

Images come from everywhere: JPG photos from your camera, PNG screenshots, and WebP files saved from websites. Image to PDF accepts all three in one go, so you can combine a photo of a form, a screenshot of a confirmation and a downloaded image into a single document, in any order.

Combine pictures to PDF in one go, even when they are a mix of JPG, PNG and WebP files.

Control the layout

Every option has a sensible default, but you can adjust:

  • Page size: A4, Letter, Legal, or Fit image (each page matches its image).
  • Orientation: Auto picks portrait or landscape per image, or set one for every page.
  • Margins: None, Small or Large, for a clean border or an edge-to-edge look.
  • Quality: Original, Balanced or Small file, depending on whether you care more about detail or size.

Images are always scaled to fit inside the page, never stretched or cropped.

One PDF, or one per image

Turn on One PDF per image to get a separate PDF for every picture, which helps when each image is a different document. The PDFs download together as a ZIP, and each one is also available on its own.

Gentle on older phones

Images are decoded and resized one at a time. Very large photos are scaled down safely, keeping the conversion smooth even on budget Android phones.

Not supported yet

HEIC photos (the default on some iPhones) and GIFs can’t be read by browsers, so Atifo will tell you if you add one. On iPhone, choosing “Most Compatible” in camera settings saves JPGs instead.

Private and free

All conversion happens in your browser. Your images are never uploaded.

Frequently asked questions

Which image formats can I use?

JPG, PNG and WebP, in any mix. HEIC photos from some iPhones and GIFs aren’t supported yet.

How are images placed on the page?

Each image is centred and scaled to fit inside the margins without cropping or stretching. With “Auto” orientation, wide images get landscape pages and tall images get portrait pages.

Can I make a PDF that is exactly the image size?

Yes. Choose “Fit image” as the page size and each page matches its image. Add a margin if you want a border around it.

Is there an image limit?

Up to 100 images per PDF, each up to 50 MB. Huge photos are scaled down safely to avoid crashing older phones.

Do my images get uploaded?

No. Images are read, resized and turned into a PDF by your browser. They never leave your device.
