About the number maze generator
A number maze is a fun way to practise counting and number recognition. In counting mazes, children follow 1, 2, 3… (or 2, 4, 6… for skip counting) from start to finish. In the even-number and multiples-of-3 mazes, they may only step on numbers that follow the rule.
Distractor numbers are chosen so they never continue the count from a neighbouring square, so the path is always clear to someone who counts carefully.

Counting in 1s suits ages 4–6; skip counting ages 6–8; even numbers and multiples of 3 ages 7–9.
