About the equation puzzle generator
Each puzzle is a 3 × 3 grid of numbers joined by operators. Every row and every column makes a little equation with its answer at the end; some numbers are missing, and students work backwards to find them. Rows are worked left to right and columns top to bottom, so there are no order-of-operations traps.
There is one blank in each row, so every missing number has exactly one answer.

Why left to right instead of BODMAS?
Grid puzzles traditionally work in reading order. The instructions say so on the sheet, and the hard level is where it matters (multiplication mixed with addition).
