About this student progress tracker
A student progress tracker follows one learner’s skills over time: each row a skill or standard, each column an assessment date, each cell a level. It’s ideal for tutors, special educators and teachers preparing for parent meetings or referrals.
Edit the skills for your subject and level.
What’s on the page
- A header with student, class, subject.
- A tracker grid with a row for your skills or standards and a none for your assessment points.
- Labelled boxes for Strengths, Next steps.
Tips
- Use the same level scale as your school reports.
- Record evidence in the notes box.
- Share the tracker at parent-teacher conferences.
Made to fit, then printed
Everything on this student progress tracker can be changed before you print: the title, the skills or standards, the colour, the paper size and orientation. The page is drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Find more printables.
Frequently asked questions
Can I track a whole class?
This tracker is per student. For the whole class, use the gradebook or assignment tracker.
Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?
Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.
Can I change the skills or standards?
Yes. Type your own, one per line, and the page updates as you type. Leave a line empty to remove it.
Can I fill in the student progress tracker on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.
What paper size should I print on?
Choose A4 or US Letter before downloading, and print at 100% or “Actual size”. Portrait and landscape layouts are both available.
