About this progress chart

A progress chart shows how something improves over time. Each row is a goal or skill (times tables, swimming lengths, sales calls, piano pieces) and each column a week, so a level or tick shows progress at a glance.

The default covers twelve weeks; rename the columns to months for a longer view.

What’s on the page

  • A header with name, started.
  • A tracker grid with a row for your goals or skills and a none for your periods.
  • Notes: lined space to write in.

Tips

  • Use a simple 1–4 scale and write the meaning at the top.
  • Update on the same day each week.
  • Colour cells by level for an instant visual.

Made to fit, then printed

Everything on this progress chart can be changed before you print: the title, the goals or skills, the colour, the paper size and orientation. The page is drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Find more printables.

Frequently asked questions

Is there a monthly version?

Yes: change the column labels in the list to month names, or use the student progress tracker for class records.

Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?

Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.

What paper size should I print on?

Choose A4 or US Letter before downloading, and print at 100% or “Actual size”. Portrait and landscape layouts are both available.

Can I change the goals or skills?

Yes. Type your own, one per line, and the page updates as you type. Leave a line empty to remove it.

Will it print well in black and white?

Yes. The layout uses light fills and clear lines that print cleanly in grey. Choose the “Grey” colour to save colour ink entirely.
