About this classroom schedule

A classroom schedule (or timetable) lists each period with its time and the subject for every day of the week. Post it on the wall for students, keep a copy in the substitute folder, and send it home so families know what to pack each day.

Edit the period list to match your bell times, including breaks and lunch.

What’s on the page

  • A header with class, teacher.
  • A tracker grid with a row for your periods and times and a none for your days.

Tips

  • Colour-code subjects to make the timetable easy to scan.
  • Mark PE and library days clearly for families.
  • Update after every timetable change.

Made to fit, then printed

Everything on this classroom schedule can be changed before you print: the title, the periods and times, the colour, the paper size and orientation. The page is drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Find more printables.

Frequently asked questions

Can I add Saturday?

The grid uses the days in the day list; add Saturday for six-day weeks.

Can I change the periods and times?

Yes. Type your own, one per line, and the page updates as you type. Leave a line empty to remove it.

What paper size should I print on?

Choose A4 or US Letter before downloading, and print at 100% or “Actual size”. Portrait and landscape layouts are both available.

Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?

Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.

Can I fill in the classroom schedule on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.
