About this debt payment tracker

Paying off debt is easier when you can see it shrinking. List each loan or card with its balance, interest rate and minimum payment, decide which to target first, then log each payment and the new balance.

Two popular strategies: the avalanche (highest interest first, cheapest overall) and the snowball (smallest balance first, quickest wins). The EMI calculator shows how extra payments shorten a loan.

What’s on the page

  • My debts: a table with columns for Lender or card, Balance, Interest %, Minimum, Due day, Order.
  • Payments: a table with columns for Date, Debt, Amount paid, New balance.

Tips

  • Always pay at least the minimum on every debt.
  • Put any extra money towards one target debt at a time.
  • Celebrate each debt you close.

Made to fit, then printed

Everything on this debt payment tracker can be changed before you print: the title, the colour, the paper size and orientation. The page is drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Find more printables.

Frequently asked questions

Avalanche or snowball?

Avalanche saves the most interest; snowball gives faster motivation. Either works if you stick with it.

Will it print well in black and white?

Yes. The layout uses light fills and clear lines that print cleanly in grey. Choose the “Grey” colour to save colour ink entirely.

What paper size should I print on?

Choose A4 or US Letter before downloading, and print at 100% or “Actual size”. Portrait and landscape layouts are both available.

Can I fill in the debt payment tracker on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.

Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?

Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.
