About this financial goal tracker
A financial goal tracker keeps several money goals in view at once: an emergency fund, a holiday, a car, a down payment or clearing a loan. For each, write the target amount and date and the monthly amount needed, then record the balance every month.
The SIP and savings goal calculators work out the monthly figure for you.
What’s on the page
- My goals: a table with columns for Goal, Target amount, Target date, Monthly amount, Priority.
- Balance each month: a table with columns for Goal, Jan, Feb, Mar, Apr, May, Jun, Jul, Aug, Sep, Oct, Nov, Dec.
Tips
- Build an emergency fund of 3–6 months’ expenses first.
- Give each goal its own account or investment if possible.
- Review on the same day each month.
Made to fit, then printed
Everything on this financial goal tracker can be changed before you print: the title, the dates, the colour, the paper size and orientation. The page is drawn on your device and nothing is uploaded. Find more printables.
Frequently asked questions
How many financial goals should I track?
Three to five is manageable. List them in order of priority.
Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?
Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.
Can I print several years at once?
Yes. Pick the start date and how many years you need; each year gets its own page with the right dates, all in one PDF.
Can I fill in the financial goal tracker on my phone or tablet?
Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.
What paper size should I print on?
Choose A4 or US Letter before downloading, and print at 100% or “Actual size”. Portrait and landscape layouts are both available.
