About this shift schedule

A shift schedule is built around the shifts rather than the people: each shift (with its hours) is a row, each day a column, and you write the names of everyone working that shift. It’s the clearest layout for hospitals, security, factories, call centres and restaurants that run several shifts a day.

Edit the shift names and times to match your operation.

Frequently asked questions

Can I include three shifts?

Yes. The default has morning, afternoon and night; add or rename shifts as needed.

Can I remove the atifo.app line at the bottom?

Yes. Switch off “Show atifo.app credit” in the Look section and the PDF has no branding at all.

Can I fill in the shift schedule on my phone or tablet?

Yes. Switch on “Fillable PDF” before downloading and the PDF gets typing boxes and tick boxes you can use in most PDF apps. Or print it and use a pen.

Can I change the shifts and times?

Yes. Type your own, one per line, and the page updates as you type. Leave a line empty to remove it.

Can I print several weeks at once?
