About this work schedule

A work schedule (or staff rota) shows who is working each day and their hours, so staff can plan and managers can see cover at a glance. Each employee has a row, each day a box for start and finish times or “OFF”, and a total hours column.

For rotating shifts (morning, evening, night), the shift schedule groups people by shift instead.

Yes. It lists each employee and their hours for the week.
