Print-ready tables from any sheet
Printing a spreadsheet often goes wrong: columns spill onto extra pages, the header row disappears after page one, or the text is unreadably small. Atifo turns a sheet into a clean PDF table that’s easy to print, email or attach to an application.
Convert XLSX to PDF or CSV to PDF, with Excel to PDF fit to page so wide sheets aren’t cut off.
Fitted to the page
- Orientation: Auto picks landscape when the sheet is too wide for portrait. You can also choose either one yourself.
- Every column fits: column widths are based on their content, and the text size is reduced only as much as needed for the full width to fit.
- Long cells wrap onto up to four lines instead of being cut off.
- Repeated header row: the first row appears at the top of every page, so long lists stay readable.
- Gridlines can be switched on for a classic table look or off for a cleaner one.
- Numbers line up on the right, like in a spreadsheet.
Each page is numbered, and the file name and sheet name appear as the title.
What the PDF shows
The PDF contains the sheet’s values as they’re displayed, including formatted numbers, dates and formula results. Cell colours, charts and images aren’t included. For a pixel-perfect copy of a designed sheet, use “Save as PDF” in Excel or Google Sheets.
Several sheets
Convert one sheet at a time, then combine the PDFs with Merge PDF. Everything runs in your browser, and the workbook is never uploaded.
Frequently asked questions
Will all my columns fit on the page?
Yes. Atifo switches to landscape when needed and reduces the text size so every column fits the page width. Very long cells wrap onto up to four lines.
Does the header row repeat on each page?
Yes, with “Repeat first row on every page” switched on, so long tables stay readable when printed.
Are colours and charts included?
No. The PDF shows the sheet’s values as a clean table. For an exact copy of a formatted sheet with charts, use “Save as PDF” in Excel or Google Sheets.
Can I convert several sheets at once?
One sheet at a time. Convert each sheet, then combine the PDFs with Merge PDF.
