Vector to pixels, at any size
SVG files are vector graphics: shapes described with maths instead of pixels, so they stay sharp at any size. But many places need a regular image: social media, slide decks, documents, app stores and email signatures. Converting to PNG gives you a pixel image at exactly the width you choose.
Export SVG to PNG at high resolution, up to 4096 px wide, and SVG to PNG transparent backgrounds are kept.
Choose the output size
Pick from 512, 1024, 2048 or 4096 pixels wide, or use the size written in the SVG. Because the SVG is drawn directly at that size, edges are perfectly crisp. That’s much better than exporting a small PNG and enlarging it. Height follows the SVG’s proportions.
Transparency
Areas the SVG leaves empty stay transparent in the PNG, so logos and icons drop neatly onto any background. Need a solid background? Use the image converter and choose JPG with your background colour.
Fonts and external images
If an SVG uses a font that isn’t embedded or installed on your device, the browser substitutes a similar one. For exact results, convert text to outlines in your design tool before exporting the SVG. Images linked from other websites inside the SVG aren’t loaded.
Private by design
Your SVGs are rendered in your browser and never uploaded. Convert many at once and download them as a ZIP.

Frequently asked questions
Will the PNG be sharp?
Yes. The SVG is drawn directly at the width you choose, so edges are crisp at any size, unlike enlarging a small PNG.
Is the transparent background kept?
Yes. Areas the SVG leaves empty stay transparent in the PNG.
My SVG uses a custom font and the text looks different. Why?
If the font isn’t embedded in the SVG or installed on your device, the browser substitutes another one. Convert text to outlines in your design app before exporting.
Can I convert SVG to JPG instead?
Yes. Use the main image converter and choose JPG; transparent areas are filled with the colour you pick.
