Mailing lists, phone numbers, product codes, keyword research and attendance sheets collect duplicates as they’re merged from different sources. Paste the list here and every repeated line is removed, leaving one copy of each item in the order it first appeared.

Choose what counts as a duplicate

• Ignore capitals treats “Priya@Example.com” and “priya@example.com” as the same, which is what you want for email addresses.
• Ignore spaces at ends trims stray spaces, a common cause of “duplicates” that don’t match.
• Remove empty lines drops blank lines at the same time.

The counter shows how many lines were removed and how many are left, so you can confirm the result before using it.

From spreadsheets and back

Copy a column from Excel or Google Sheets, paste it here, then copy the cleaned list back into your sheet. Each cell becomes a line and comes back as a cell. For a sorted list, run the result through Sort lines, which can also remove duplicates while sorting.

Big lists, private data
