About this competition registration form

Art and essay contests, science olympiads, quiz bowls, debate and elocution, talent shows and photography competitions all start with an entry form. It records the entrant, age group and category, the entry title and description, and a declaration that the work is original, plus consent to display or publish it.

For team sports, use the tournament registration form.

How do I run anonymous judging?

Give each entry a number from the office box and show judges only the number, not the entrant’s name.

Can teams enter?

Yes. Choose “Team” and list members in the team members box.

Can I change the questions on the competition registration form?

Yes. Rename any question, change its answer type (short answer, tick boxes, rating, table and more), move it, or delete it. You can also add whole new sections.

Is anything I type sent to a server?

No. The editor runs in your browser and builds the file on your device. Atifo has no server that could receive your form or the answers on it.

Can people fill in this competition registration form on a phone?
