About these decimal conversion worksheets
Fractions, decimals and percentages are three ways of writing the same amount: 3/4 = 0.75 = 75%. Each row gives one form and asks for the other two. The set uses common values (halves, quarters, fifths, eighths, tenths, twentieths) that students should know by heart.
Settings you can change
Each sheet has 15 questions by default (from 6 to 30), a name, date and score line, and an answer key on a separate page. Best for grades 5–8 (ages 10–14).
- Start from: Mixed, Fractions, Decimals, Percentages.
Teaching tips
- Decimal to percent: multiply by 100.
- Fraction to decimal: divide the top by the bottom.
- Learn the common ones: 1/8 = 0.125 = 12.5%.
