Yes. Rename the criteria to your fair’s rules (question, method, results, conclusion, display) and give each judge a copy.

How do I change the points per criterion?

Change the column headings in the table, for example “Score (out of 10)”.

Is anything I type sent to a server?

No. The editor runs in your browser and builds the file on your device. Atifo has no server that could receive your form or the answers on it.

Can I put the project evaluation form on my website?
